4. Discussion/Action – Introduction of Ordinance 577, an ordinance of the City of Woodlake rescinding sections 15.28-010 through 15.38.250 and adding sections 15.28.010 through 15.28.250 to Chapter 15.28, establishing Woodlake Floodplain Management regulations.
5. Discussion/Action - Approval of the City of Woodlake response to the Grand Jury report titled “Lack of Common Sense or Negligence”, and authorize the Mayor to sign the letter on behalf of the City.
