Discussion/Action – Presentation by a representative of Tulare County regarding the General Plan. 2. Discussion/Approval – approval to Confirm Diagram, Assessment and Levying Assessment for Fiscal year 2010/2011 Assessment District fees pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. The Maintenance Fees for each of the Districts will not change and a Public Hearing is required for each of the Subdivision. a. Parkwood Subdivision – Resolution 10-22 Confirming diagram, Assessment and levying assessment for fiscal year 2010/2011 Assessment District 93-01 pursuant to the landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. Gentle Hills Subdivision - Resolution 10-23 Confirming diagram, Assessment and levying assessment for fiscal year 2010/2011 Assessment District 97-01 pursuant to the landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. Olive Estates Subdivision - Resolution 10-24 Confirming diagram, Assessment and levying assessment for fiscal year 2010/11 Assessment district 98-01 pursuant to the landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. PUBLIC HEARING OPENED d. Castle Rock Park Subdivision - Resolution 10-25 Confirming diagram, Assessment and levying assessment for fiscal year 2010/2011 Assessment District 00-01 pursuant to the landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. PUBLIC HEARING e. Olive Vista Subdivision - Resolution 10-26 Confirming diagram, Assessment and levying assessment for fiscal year 2010/2011 Assessment District 05-01 pursuant to the landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. PUBLIC HEARING 3. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 10-27 approving submittal of an application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for funding under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program; and if selected, the execution of a standard agreement, any amendments thereto, and of any related documents necessary to participate in the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. 4. Discussion/Action – Introduction of Ordinance 577, an ordinance of the City of Woodlake rescinding sections 15.28-010 through 15.38.250 and adding sections 15.28.010 through 15.28.250 to Chapter 15.28, establishing Woodlake Floodplain Management regulations. 5. Discussion/Action - Approval of the City of Woodlake response to the Grand Jury report titled “Lack of Common Sense or Negligence”, and authorize the Mayor to sign the letter on behalf of the City.
