1. Irrigation utilizing sprinklers or sprinkler systems for lawns is permitted only on your designated watering days. 2. Washing of Vehicle shall be done with a hand-held bucket and/or hand held hose equipped with a positive shut off nozzle. 3. The emptying and refilling of water in swimming pools and/or spas will be allowed only on your designated watering days. Please call the office for further information. 13.12.070 - Enforcement Violation Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this Notice shall be deemed guilty of an infraction which shall be punishable as follows: $ 25.00 for the first infraction $ 50.00 for the second infraction $ 100.00 for the third and each subsequent infraction If you see someone wasting water, please call one of these numbers: |
