FIRE DEPARTMENT

Fire protection for the City of Woodlake and the surrounding areas is provided by the Woodlake Fire District.  Established in 1928, the District operates out of its headquarters, centrally located on Naranjo Boulevard just east of Valencia Boulevard.

The District is manned by three full time firefighters, augmented by a volunteer company of twelve firefighters.  The full-time personnel are also trained to administer basic first aid.

The District utilizes three Class-A fire engines including one 1,250 gallons per minute (gpm), one 1,000 gpm and one 750 gpm pumper.
