PUBLIC COMMENTS
The Public is invited to comment on any subject over which the Council has jurisdiction, including agenda items, other than noticed public hearings. All comments should be addressed to the Council and not individual staff members. It will be up to the Council to determine if your comment warrants staff response. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Comments shall be limited to three minutes per individuals or organization with a limit of 15 minutes for the entire comment period. The City conducts business in the English language only. If you need interpretative services, you will need to provide your own. La Ciudad conduce sus asuntos en ingles solamente. CONSENT CALENDAR
(a) Approval of the Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 14, 2012.
(b) Approval of the Warrants in the amount of $ 736,574.99.
SCHEDULED MATTERS:
1. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution ___, approving Amendment Two to the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) with the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG).
2. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution ____, authorizing the City Administrator to sign individual Cooperative Agreements for the Downtown Phase I, Downtown Phase 2-3 and the South Valencia ADA projects.
3. Discussion/Action – Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement between the County of Tulare and the City of Woodlake regarding transit services.
4. Discussion/Action – Presentation to Council and request approval of the City of Woodlake Fiscal Year 2012-13 Annual Budget.
5. Discussion/Action – Direction to staff regarding the vehicle take home program.
