PUBLIC COMMENTS
The Public is invited to comment on any subject over which the Council has jurisdiction, including agenda items, other than noticed public hearings. All comments should be addressed to the Council and not individual staff members. It will be up to the Council to determine if your comment warrants staff response. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Comments shall be limited to three minutes per individuals or organization with a limit of 15 minutes for the entire comment period. The City conducts business in the English language only. If you need interpretative services, you will need to provide your own. La Ciudad conduce sus asuntos en ingles solamente. CONSENT CALENDAR
(a) Approval of the Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 13, 2012.
(b) Approval to deny a Claim for Damage from Humberto Escobar
(c) Approval of the Warrants in the amount of $ 1,018,440.26
SCHEDULED MATTERS:
1. Discussion/Action – Appointment of Paul Lira, Joe Perez and Johnny Varela to the Woodlake Planning Commission.
2. Discussion/Action – Introduction of Ordinance # 582 regarding Mandatory Commercial Recycling in the City of Woodlake.
3. Discussion/Action – Recommend Council to authorize the City Administrator to sign the cooperative agreement between TCAG and the City of Woodlake, regarding Measure R Expenditures and approve Resolution # 12-06 authorizing the City Administrator to sign all necessary paperwork for the funding request.
4. Discussion/Action – Recommend that Council approve the attached document as the new personnel evaluation form.
