PUBLIC COMMENTS
The Public is invited to comment on any subject over which the Council has jurisdiction, including agenda items, other than noticed public hearings. All comments should be addressed to the Council and not individual staff members. It will be up to the Council to determine if your comment warrants staff response. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Comments shall be limited to three minutes per individuals or organization with a limit of 15 minutes for the entire comment period. The City conducts business in the English language only. If you need interpretative services, you will need to provide your own. La Ciudad conduce sus asuntos en ingles solamente. CONSENT CALENDAR
(a) Approval of the Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 23, 2012.
(b) Approval of the Minutes of the Study Session held on January 27, 2012.
(c) Approval of the January 2012 Monthly Report of Investments.
(d) Approval to deny a Claim for Damage from Martin Chavez.
(e) Approval of the Warrants in the amount of $ 551,795,40.
SCHEDULED MATTERS:
1. Discussion/Action – Presentation from Glen Morris from the Visalia Chamber with updates on the Sequoia Regional Tourism activities that the City is participating in.
2. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 12-02 extending the Sunset Date for collection of Service fee for the abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program in Tulare County to April 30, 22.
3. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 12-03 authorizing the City Administrator to sign the cooperative agreement between Caltrans and the City of Woodlake.
4. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 12-04 adopting the Recognized Payment Schedule (ROPS), obligations of the former Redevelopment Agency (RDA).
5. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 12-05 updating the City’s Quality Assurance Program.
6. Discussion/Action – Recommend that City Council accept the Ropes Ave Street Improvement Project and authorize staff to file a Notice of Completion.
7. Discussion/Action - Recommend that City Council approve the agreement between the County of Tulare and the City of Woodlake regarding “Direct Assessment Fees”.
8. Discussion/Action – Recommend that City Council review and approve the attached document as the new personnel evaluation form.
9. Discussion/Action – Recommend that City Council provide direction regarding vacation time accruals.
