6. Discussion/Action – Approval to accept the City Engineers report for the assessment in the Olive Estates, Park wood, Gentle Hills, Castle Rock Park and Olive vista Subdivision landscape and lighting districts and set July 26, 2010 for a public hearing to set the rates for each District.
