SCHEDULED MATTERS
1. Discussion/Action - Final Grantee Performance Report for the City of Woodlake Master Drainage Plan (07-PTAG-3672)
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Discussion/Action – Request from Visalia YMCA for financial assistance in providing recreational programs.
3. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 10-08.
a. Approving the formation of the energy and water efficiency assessment district and related reports pursuant to Chapter 29 of Part 3 of Division 7 of the California Streets and Highways Code.
b. Confirming the boundaries of the assessment district and the levy of contractual assessments.
c. Authorizing the participation in the Pacific Housing and Finance Agency energy and water efficiency program.
d. Taking certain other actions in connection therewith.
PUBLIC HEARING
4. Discussion/Action – Approval of Resolution 10-09, approving the transfer of $30,407 from the housing revolving loan activity to the business expansion and retention revolving loan activity.
5. Discussion/Action – Approval of an agreement between the City of Woodlake, the seven other Tulare County cities, Tulare County and Tulare County Association of Governments.
6. Discussion/Action – Provide direction to staff regarding a potential trade of Rule 20A utility underground allocation for general fund dollars.
7. Discussion/Action – Adoption of the fiscal year 2010-11 budget.
8. Discussion/Action – Approval of the agreement between the Cities and Tulare County regarding the tolling of property tax administrative fees (PTAF).
