CONSENT CALENDAR
(a) Approval of the Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 22, 2010.
(b) Approval to reject a claim for damages from (Filberta San Miguel).
(b) Approval of the Warrants $363,747.03.
SCHEDULED MATTERS
1. Discussion/Action – Direction regarding the Fire District’s request to continue the Fire tax subsidy to the District. Captain Joe Perez will make the presentation.
2. Discussion/Action – Appointment of two Members to the Woodlake Planning Commission vancancy for four years.
3. Discussion/Action – Adoption of Ordinance 575, waive reading to add Section 15.04.010 Construction Codes of the City of Woodlake, item A. Part 1- California Building Standards Administrative Code 2008.
4. Discussion/Action – Resolution 10-08 declaring its intention to form an assessment District to finance distributed generation renewable energy sources and energy and water efficiency improvements for property within the City pursuant to Chapter 29 of Part 3 of Division 7 of the California streets and highways code and setting a Public hearing thereon.
5. Discussion/Action – direction to Staff regarding the parade clean up after the Lions Parade to be held on May 8, 2010.
6. Discussion/Action – approval of a contribution of $4,500 to the Woodlake Kiwanis for the July 3rd fireworks, subject to Kiwanis securing a pyrotechnic to put on the display.
