1. Discussion/Action Presentation by Self Help to approve the following items:
Final Grantee Performance Report on the 2005/2006/2007 CDBG grant for a Water Storage Tank and Booster Pump, Housing rehabilitation, Code Enforcement and Youth Services (05-STBG-1411).
Approval of the Proposed changes to the CDBG Revolving Loan Account Reuse Plan.
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Discussion/Action Resolution 10-06 approving the purchase of a new vehicle for the City of Woodlake public transit system and authorizing the City Administrator to make application for and to sign assurances for Federal Section 5311 programs, projects or grants.
PUBLIC HEARING
3. Discussion/Action request from the City Council to direct the City Administrator how to cast the Citys ballot in the Delta Vector special election.
4. Discussion/Action Approval of the Plans and Specifications for the Street Project and authorize Staff to proceed with the bid process.
5. Discussion/Action Award a Contract to Travioli Construction of Sultana in the amount of $538,369.58 and authorize the Mayor to sign all contract documents for the 2010 Woodlake Water System Improvement Project.
6. Discussion/Action Acceptance of Phase II Water Tank project, filing of the notice of completion and release of the 10% retention at the end of the 35- day waiting period.
7. Discussion/Action Introduction of Ordinance 575, waive reading to add Section 15.04.010 Construction Codes of the City of Woodlake item A. Part 1-California Building Standards Administrative Code 2008.
