Cannabis Businesses Applications

The City of Woodlake is accepting applications for recreational and medicinal cannabis businesses in accordance with Woodlake Ordinance No. 611. and within approved zones in accordance with Woodlake Ordinance 612.

All cannabis businesses must have a Cannabis Regulatory Permit and must complete the City’s Conditional Use Permit process before beginning operations.

Cannabis Dispensary License

The City of Woodlake is no longer accepting cannabis dispensary applications.

Cannabis Cultivation License

Indoor and Mixed Light cannabis cultivation is authorized within the City’s industrial zone with a regulatory permit and conditional use permit.

Cannabis manufacturing is authorized within the City’s industrial zone with a regulatory permit and conditional use permit.

Cannabis Application Fees and Annual Regulatory Fees

All applicants are required to submit an application fee with their final application. If an application is approved and the business is operational, each business must pay an annual regulatory fee which will be used to monitor and confirm compliance with local and state regulations.
